Thematic collection of texts in the field of international business law "Droit international des affaires"
Rafaël Jafferali, Vanessa Marquette and Arnaud Nuyts are the authors of the 3rd edition (2009-2010) of a thematic collection of texts published by Larcier in the field of international business law.
This area of the law plays an ever greater role in the day-to-day life of legal practitioners, due to the increasing development of the international movement of persons, goods and services : cross-border insolvency, cross-border mergers or demergers, eletronic commerce, protection of intellectual property and industrial property rights across several States, securities settlement, ... The globalisation had already turned this matter into a key issue; today, the ever increasing success of the Internet has made it essential.

This collection of texts aims at presenting the full text of a very high number of domestic, international and EC sources in this field, as well as, in a lesser measure, in the field of international patrimonial family law. It is also enhanced by case-law references, and in particular numerous references to the case-law of the European Court of Justice, which has become pivotal to approach this matter.More information are available on the website of the editor.
